Microsoft 365 Sway allows you and your students to quickly create presentations, newsletters, blog posts, resumes, stories, and more. Sway is similar to Microsoft 365 PowerPoint, allowing you to incorporate images, text, and video. Sway lacks many of PowerPoint's customization features, but this makes it ideal for situations where you or your students might want to create a presentation quickly, focusing on content more than design. Notably, you can embed other Microsoft 365 files—such as those created in Excel, Forms, and even PowerPoint—in your Sway, and it will update your presentation automatically when those resources are updated. This makes Sway ideal for newsletters and presentations that will be repeated regularly with changing data. Sway is also ideal for presentations that will be browsed by a user online rather than presented live, because users will be able to drill down into the underlying documents if they wish. Sway is browser-based with no desktop or mobile apps currently available.
