Replacing Microsoft FindTime, the Scheduling Poll, built into Outlook mail and calendar, is used to schedule meetings via polling. The organizer can send multiple time options through the Scheduling Poll feature and minimize the back-and-forth emails about scheduling. It can even schedule the meeting for you. Reply to a poll or send an email to create a new one.

Propose another time - If the suggested meeting times are unsuitable, users can suggest a new time by selecting Propose another time.

Have it set your meeting for you - When a consensus is reached, Scheduling Poll will insert the meeting time and description into your calendar. 

Online meetings - The meeting default is online using Microsoft Teams. Uncheck the online meeting check box if you will meet in person.
