Images and Videos of Microsoft Lens
About this Tool
Microsoft Lens trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and documents readable. You can use Microsoft Lens to convert images to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, digitize printed or handwritten text, and save to OneNote, OneDrive, or your local device. You can even import images that are already on your device using Gallery.
Key Features for Teaching and Learning
- Scan handouts and notes. Your students can scan your physical handouts or their own handwritten notes, digitize them, and then and annotate them in Word and OneNote.
- Save your board. You can take a picture of your whiteboard or blackboard to reference later, even if you're offline.
- Choose how you save. You can save your scanned material as PDF, Image, or as Word or PowerPoint formats, which can in turn be saved to OneNote, OneDrive, or a local device.
- Choose your device. Microsoft Lens is available for Android, iOS, and Windows.
